In an effort to provide Members and Affiliate Members of the North American Division of The Foundation (Canada, United States and Mexico) an economical means of arranging their air travel when attending educational programs of The Foundation or other professional societies in Europe, the United States, Canada. Mexico, Africa and the Caribbean, the Office of the International Programs Director (OIPD) sought the advice of one of the world's largest exclusive packagers of low-cost vacation travel...."mr. travel".

"mr. travel" has agreed to provide an additional membership service for The Foundation. They are confident that they offer the lowest prices and the best values in the travel business. They will offer to the membership of the North American Division of The Foundation the lowest prices obtainable for travel, not only to the educational programs of The Foundation, but to any educational programs, business travel, or vacation travel in which the Members and Affiliate Members of the North American Division of The Foundation may be interested. Experience and volume enable "mr. travel" to offer each of the Members and Affiliate Members of The Foundation maximum value at minimum cost. " mr. travel" deals direct with all major hotels, car rental companies, airlines and cruise lines. Members and Affiliate Members of The Foundation who use this membership service may go where they want, do what they want, choose their length of stay, and pay less.

To use this additional membership service, do not telephone the Office of the International Programs Director. Telephone "mr. travel" direct and ask for Mr. Tom Chmielewski . His telephone number is 1-800-866-6000 (members in Illinois should use telephone number 1-312-372-2300). When you speak to Mr. Chmielewski, identify yourself as a Member of The Charles Louis Davis, D.V.M. Foundation. You may pay for your tickets by credit card. "mr. travel" also offers extended payment and layaway programs which you can ask about. Members and Affiliate Members are encouraged to plan ahead for their travel requirements, so as to obtain the lowest fares, rather than procrastinate.

What does The Foundation expect to gain from "mr. travel" ?

  1. An additional valuable service for the membership of The Foundation.

It is hoped that those Members using this service will save more than enough money to pay their annual membership dues to The Foundation.
