Caseating granuloma, Langhan's giant cell : High power displays many nuclei in a large cell with eosinophilic
cytoplasm. The nuclei are placed peripherally and arranged in circular as seen in picture. This Langhan's giant cell lies among the surrounding epitheloid cells (and also here, here, here, here, and here and more).
